Terms & Conditions:
1. Definitions:a. "We," "our," and "us" refer to DD Bricks Limited, a company registered in Thailand, with registration number 0105560165611.
b. "You" or "buyer" refers to the individual or entity placing an order with us.
c. Refers to the products we supply, including but not limited to new and used LEGO® bricks.
d. VAT: Refers to the prevailing rate of Value Added Tax applicable at the time of purchase.
2. Prices and payment methods:
a. All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
b. We are not responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply to international shipments. The buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with import regulations.
c. Full payment is required before dispatch. Orders will not be processed until payment has been fully received and cleared.
d. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will honor the price at the time of order placement.
3. Sales and delivery
a. While we endeavor our best to deliver goods as soon as possible and keep to any delivery dates mentioned, we are not liable for failure to deliver within the stated time as times and dates mentioned are estimates only.
b. We do not sell products on a trial basis. The buyer is strongly advised to check compatibility and specifications of products before ordering.
c. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the shipping address supplied by the buyer during checkout. Later changes of the shipping address are not possible. The buyer shall make all necessary arrangements to take delivery of the goods whenever they are due for delivery. The Buyer is solely responsible for the goods once they have been delivered to the delivery address.
d. Where the buyer provides inaccurate payment details to us, this may result in a delay in dispatching the goods.
e. The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees according to local laws.
4. Warranties and Returns
As soon as the goods have arrived at the premises of the buyer, the buyer shall fully unpack and thoroughly examine the goods. The buyer shall report to us within forty eight (48) hours any goods which are found to be defective or damaged (time being of the essence of this obligation). Any discrepancies notified to us after this time period will be treated as physical damage by the buyer.
5. Amendments to Terms & Conditions:
DD Bricks Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. We recommend that customers review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
6. Limitation of Liability:
a. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DD Bricks Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
i. Your use or inability to use the goods;
ii. Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
iii. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services;
iv. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party;
v. Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
b. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the goods, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid us for the goods.
7. Severability:
a. If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall continue in full force and effect.
